    This communication is made available to you - also pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data ("Regulation" or "GDPR") and of Legislative Decree 06/30/2003 n. 196 ("Privacy Code"), as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 101/2018, and subsequent amendments and additions – by Plastivalle S.p.A. with registered office in San Pietro Mussolino (VI), via Don Luigi Bevilacqua n. 12, as Data Controller of your personal data.
    This Privacy Policy has the purpose of informing the user about the processing of their personal data.

  2. Type of data processed
    The website offers informative and sometimes interactive content. While browsing the site, Plastivalle S.p.A. will be able to acquire information on the visitor, in the following ways:
    • Browsing data
      The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data during their normal operation, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and the addresses of websites from which access was made, information on the pages visited by users within the site , the access time, the permanence on the single page, the analysis of the internal path and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
    • Additional data categories
      This is all the personal data provided by the visitor through the site, for example by:
      • filling in a form to request a quote and/or information on services offered and/or a contact request;
      • writing to the e-mail addresses indicated on our site to request information;
      • accessing a service;
      • filling in a form to receive our newsletter and marketing communications.

  3. Purposes of data processing
    The data provided is processed for the following purposes:
    • provide information or the service requested by the user, manage the contracts concluded by the user, carry out the related administrative, accounting, tax and legal obligations, as well as fulfill the requests made by the user. The processing put in place for these purposes is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and does not require specific consent from the data subject;
    • detect the experience of use of our platforms, the products and services we offer and ensure the proper functioning of the web pages and their contents. The processing put in place for these purposes is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller;
    • send commercial communications relating to promotions and / or offers, in the interest of the Data Controller; the processing put in place for these purposes is carried out with the specific consent of the user.

  4. Sharing and transferring personal data
    The data collected by Plastivalle S.p.A. will be shared only for the aforementioned purposes; we will not share nor transfer your personal data to third parties other than those indicated in this Privacy Policy.
    During our activities and exclusively for the same purposes as those listed in this Privacy Policy, your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
    • company staff;
    • service providers, (e.g. IT system providers, cloud service providers, database providers and consultants);
    • Public Administrations for legal purposes;
    • each public and/or private person who needs to be informed of your personal data in relation to the aforementioned purposes.

    The updated list of Data Processors is available at the Data Controller's registered office and will be provided upon written request.

    Plastivalle S.p.A. may have to transfer your personal data to countries located outside the European Union/European Common Space (EEA), to so-called "third countries". Such transfers to third countries may include all the processing activities mentioned above.
    This Privacy Policy is also applicable in the case of transfer of data to third countries where the level of data protection is different from that of the European Union: any transfer of personal data to third parties will be made only after having informed you and, where requested, after receiving your consent. Any transfer of data to countries other than those for which the European Commission has taken an adequacy decision is based on agreements that use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or other adequate guarantees in compliance with the laws in force.

    Plastivalle S.p.A. has implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to provide an adequate level of security and confidentiality to personal data.

    • the costs of its implementation;
    • the nature of the data;
    • the risk of processing.
    The purpose is to protect it from accidental or unlawful destruction or alteration, accidental loss, disclosure or unauthorized access and from other forms of illicit processing.
    Furthermore, when handling your personal data, Plastivalle S.p.A:
    • collects and processes personal data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive, as required to fulfill the above purposes and
    • ensures that such personal data remains up to date and accurate.

  6. Data retention times
    Without prejudice to your right to object to the processing of personal data and / or to request deletion, Plastivalle S.p.A. will retain your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and received, or to satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.
    When this period expires, your personal data will be removed from the active systems of Plastivalle S.p.A.

  7. Your legal rights
    The rights related to personal data that Plastivalle S.p.A. processes are:
    • right to correction. You can obtain the correction of personal data that concerns you or that you communicated to us. Plastivalle S.p.A. makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal data in its possession is accurate, complete, up to date and relevant, based on the most recent information available;
    • right to limitation. You can obtain a limitation to the processing of your personal data if:
      • you question the precision of your personal data in the period in which Plastivalle S.p.A. must verify its accuracy;
      • the processing is illegal, and you request a limitation to the processing or the deletion of your personal data;
      • there is no longer any need by Plastivalle S.p.A., to retain your personal data but you need to ascertain, exercise or defend your rights in court or
      • you object to processing while Plastivalle S.p.A. verifies if its legitimate motivations prevail over your own.
    • right to access. You can ask Plastivalle S.p.A. for information on the retained personal data concerning you, including the information about which personal data categories Plastivalle S.p.A. owns and controls, what purpose they are used for, where it was collected (if not directly by you), and to whom they may have been communicated;
    • right to portability. Following your request, Plastivalle S.p.A. will transfer your personal data to another Data Controller, if technically possible, provided that the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the execution of a contract.
    • right to deletion. You can obtain the deletion of your personal data by Plastivalle S.p.A. if:
      • personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
      • you have the right to object to further processing of your personal data and exercise this right to objection;
      • personal data has been processed unlawfully.
      Unless the processing is necessary by virtue of legal obligations, by law or in order to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.
    • right to objection. You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time, on the condition that the processing is not based on your consent but on the legitimate interests of Plastivalle S.p.A. or third parties. In these hypotheses, Plastivalle S.p.A. will no longer retain your personal data unless it is possible to demonstrate you the binding and legitimate reasons, an overriding interest in the processing or verification, or the exercise or defence of a right in court.
