Plastivalle quality
Plastivalle is an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified company. It is alsosubject to an annual redevelopment of the White House that meets the standards of environmental class ISO 8. Compliance with MOCA (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) standards distinguishes the attention that is used during the production cycle. We also have Approvals for certain items intended for the transport of hazardous materials (ADR).
- The aim of Plastivalle is to produce products that are increasingly careful to protect the environment. The company operates in compliance with the most up-to-date regulations on eco-sustainability and works to encourage customers to recycle, to recover plastic in order not to waste and not to pollute. At Plastivalle we are constantly looking for materials and production methods that are increasingly in line with environmental protection. In addition to those derived from oil and natural gas, we have tested and included in the production of materials that come from renewable and environmentally sustainable natural sources, such as soy, corn, sugar cane, as well as recycled material from post-consumption.
- We have also converted most of the hydraulic machines into electric machines, saving energy, reducing noise and reducing the risk of dispersion of pollutants. We produce most of the electricity we need with a high-efficiency photovoltaic system and in order to create more comfortable working environments for our employees we have created an air conditioning system for the entire production area.
