In Plastivalle we manufacture sterile containers for the Pharmaceutical and Hospital sectors. Our specialized personnel work in clean rooms, specially made sterile rooms, and use materials such as HDPE, PET, PETG, and PP, suitable for the production of sterile containers. Among the sterile items proposed by Plastivalle: pilloliere, jars, jars and bottles with their accessories, sealing caps, dispensers and more.
Clean room is a sealed room where special filters and forced recycling of ultra-filtered air prevent dust or other contaminants from entering. In this equipped space you work in an environment with a controlled atmosphere and pure air.
Plastivalle constantly monitors medical items according to high quality standards and guarantees the sterility of each container thanks to the clean room and through a tight control of plastic materials, production processes and the verification of the finished product. All sterile items can be made to customer’s specifications or project and customized with colors, soft touch finish, hot prints and screen printing up to 6 colors. Moreover, for those who want it, Plastivalle is able to develop, with its own internal study, customized products defining graphic and design projects that reflect the identity of the customer's brand.
