Plastivalle is committed to the application of the guidelines of inclusiveness and equity in the processes of human resource management and development: selection, onboarding, role assignment, performance evaluation, remuneration, access to training, Work-life balance, career advancement opportunities, internal mobility and termination of employment.
It is committed to preventing all forms of abuse and harassment, including sexual harassment, in the workplace by adopting a "zero tolerance" towards any form of violence perpetrated against its employees.
Promotes communication and marketing activities consistent with the above commitments, avoiding the mention of gender stereotypes and favouring a language that is sensitive to diversity and inclusive.
Plastivalle SpA, for the implementation of this policy, has decided to adopt a management system in accordance with the Guidelines on gender equality according to PR 125/2022; Therefore, has established a Steering Committee for Gender Equality and identified an operational headquarters which entrusts the implementation of this Policy through a specific strategic plan.
Available to all interested parties, Plastivalle SpA has set up a computerized system for anonymous, secure and confidential reporting of conduct in violation of the law and the guiding principles and values. The procedure provides that the complaint corresponds to the initiation of subsequent investigations aimed at the definition of the event and, where necessary, the implementation of corrective actions and prevention of further illegal acts.
